Water Damage from Supply Line - Bathroom

Origin of this loss is a supply line to the toilet, not the waste line itself.  The water supply line allowed for the seepage to continue throughout the flooring itself.  As a result, the entire tile floor as well as baseboards and trim to be removed and mitigated.  A flood cut was applied here due to the moisture exposure and to limit the full exposure of the water.   As the photos show subflooring exposure, this means the saturation was likely very expansive or wide in terms of area.  The toilet supply line needs to be accessed or opened up in the wall itself to formally get to and close out/repair the line properly.  Connecticut makes it difficult to solely clean and therefore requires full replacement, threshold to threshold, so the room itself would require full replacement – hence why the flooring was fully replaced.
